I was in the process of purchasing 4 new mattress for my kids (14,11, 2.5 yr old twins). So I have been researching mattresses for the last 4 months. So many options, so many opinions that I was completely overwhelmed. I stopped in MW on a Wednesday morning and was greeted by Brian Brown. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He brought out a number of mattress to for us to try, and understood I had a budget. After we finally settled on one we ran into a snag on delivery due to the present situation. Brian went out of his way to contact his manager to see what he could do. They were able to pull it together and get me the mattress just in time for the holidays. I don't purchase mattress often, but recommend MW and Brian if you need one.

I needed a bed for a very long time. I have very serious back issues and nerve pain and couldn't afford an extremely expensive bed. I also did not want a bed that was used ud83dude33, and I needed free shipping and inexpensive disposal of my very heavy mattress and box spring. Brian at Mattress Warehouse in Exton was so great making me feel comfortable on the phone before I even went to the store. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. The store was clean, they had protectors for the beds, hand sanitizer, and we both wore masks. He was very friendly and extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE, which was a breath of fresh air. I really wasn't that sure I was going to find the perfect bed, but thanks to his patience I did. It was delivered a week later, per my choice, and I am loving it!! I went looking for a twin mattress for a relative after looking online at several options. Mattress Warehouse was only store which had them all in stock. Upon arrival I was met by Nancy Wood who listened to my requirements, showed me several options and assist with what features would be best for my situation. I got an excellent price and outstanding service and would recommend them highly.

The best customer service experience I’ve gotten in awhile. Nancy was awesome, she made buying a mattress enjoyable. My girlfriend and I felt very comfortable during the whole experience and it wasn’t because we were lying on a serta mattress. It was all because Nancy is great at her job! Highly recommend her and this location!

This store was the third mattress store I had been to on this day, and the most enjoyable. The salesman (Brian I think was his name), was thoughtful, and not pushy at all. He wanted to help me I really felt that and appreciated it. I was only able to find a mattress frame that I liked, but it was because he was so patient and caring that I even found that. Great job recommend this store do not even go across the street to mattress firm.
