My husband and I went into the Exton Pa store looking for a King Split C4 bed we were greeted by Jullian who was extremely helpful and courteous. Marcy assisted Jullian and helped us to find bedding for our new bed. We highly recommend this store to everyone we had an amazing experience
Jeff at the Exton Square Mall store was great! He was very personable, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable about all the beds and mattress type, and he assisted us greatly with our purchase. As promised, he followed up the next day to provide our delivery date. (We has to leave for an engagement else he would’ve provided that info during our time at the store). I hope all of your sales staff have Jeff’s skills and demeanor!
Shopping at this location is always a first class friendly experience. Hannah is a true pleasure to work with. I do love my SleepNumber bed after 5 years, and highly recommend the investment. Company customer service is amazing! All products are excellent, but use thier reward programs for discounts and watch for sales.
Jeff and Dawn have been very helpful with my shopping experience. I would definitely be going back there for my other bedding products.
Dave was very knowledgeable about the beds that they sale. Was not pushy to make a sale.
