Please I beg of you to listen to this warning. DO NOT by any means buy from this company. Alex was nice in store to get our money for the two bed sets we purchased only to take 2 months and countless excuse after excuse. When they finally showed up it took them 12 hours between two days to assemble which we paid for. When they left they took all the screws and cam fittings they didnt use. When my fiancé went to open a drawer the whole piece fell apart because of missing pieces they took with them. It is constant phone tag to get ahold of somebody and you never know if anything they say is the truth. I will never buy from them again and am so beyond upset over what was supposed to be nice beds for my children. I wish I could give ZERO STARS!

Given other reviews we were concerned, however we got the furniture we ordered in a very timely fashion (unlike Moore’s). Alex is hard to reach by phone, however he held up every one of his promises, including his initial promise that we would have our new sectional within a week. Excellent price for what we bought.nnAlex is an ethical business man; we paid an additional $100 to upgrade to a queen sleeper sofa, and when the couch was delivered we noticed it was only a full. We were at the mall anyway so we stopped by to ask about this; without saying why we were there or who we were, he explained what happened and showed how he had already refunded our credit card the $100.nnUnless the couch suddenly falls apart, we will definitely purchase from Alex again.

I have ordered a number of times from this store and have always had an excellent experience. The furniture is high quality, reasonably priced and delivered as promised. Alex and his delivery folks are polite, precise and professional. I'm so surprised to see those couple of those negative reviews. It is sad to see how some people try to take advantage of an independent businessman who is just trying to make an honest living. NHF is an outstanding business and I wish them the best of luck in the future.

Bought furniture for three of my medical offices & was able to get a great deal for bulk furniture. The furniture in itself is of high quality; I know it’ll last a long time. Alex, the owner was very helpful in giving me a packaged deal compared to other vendors & bulk furniture providers. Will be back for my next business ventures!
