Showroom was flea and neat and they were practicing social distancing. Staff was attentive without being pushy and were quick to give good advice for your needs.nWe were able to select a couch, loveseat and lift chair and select from many patterns and colors. I am extremely pleased with the assistance and quality of product.
These folks were very nice to deal with, and the furniture we got seems to be great quality and quite comfortable. Their design service was very helpful, and their designer, Makayla, puts your needs first. I would definitely recommend this store.
Received excellent customer service at La-Z-Boy - Exton location. Management and staff were genuinely kind and considerate. They listened to my cares and concerns then expressed total transparency during the entire purchase. I love the reclining chair, great quality.
Denise was an amazing help. She went above and beyond to help me out when I was struggling with choosing a few different items. She also called other stores and made a huge effort to accommodate my schedule. I will be back!
I had a problem with one of their products. Store manager Denise Blanco fixed my problem in no time at all. Before I went to the Exton store, I had made up my mind to never do business with La-Z-Boy again! Denise calmed me down and fixed my problem at no cost to me. I owned my own business for 30 years and worked in retail management for another 20 years and I know how much it costs to replace a customer. In the age of social media, one angry customer can do an immense amount of damage. Denise, with her easy going concern for my problem, made that damage go away. I commend Denise for her professionalism and her genuine concern. La-Z-Boy is lucky to have her as a store manager and I believe that she could move up to higher management if she so desired.
