I had an amazing experience here over the weekend! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. One person in particular was very helpful and very kind. Her name was Hannah and she was very helpful and very nice to me. I was not from the area and she made my visit to Pullman Building Supply amazing. We chatted about her going to school and other things. She was a ray of sunshine in these difficult times. I appreciate all the things she did and think she should be recognized.

I give you two stars because you tried to be helpful. First choice store on my shopping trip. Well-decorated, but that was it. Came in for ten things. Walked out with ZERO. So sad that ACE store owner retired. I would have walked out with more than I needed. On to $Store and WM. Not by choice.

This Store is highly visible from the road. Well maintained roads to and from. There is plenty of parking including handicapped spaces.nnThe main entrance is also handicapped friendly.nnAs you enter the store you will be greeted by friendly associates. If you need help feel free to ask for it. Every department has people who specialize and have knowledge of what is in their department.nnThe aisles are clearly marked so the customer knows what is in the aisle. They cater to contractors as well. If there is something you may need and they dont have it in stock they will order it for you.nnFor Contractors, they do deliveries of supplies to your jobsite.nnSomething else worth noting, they have an equipment rental department. Need a power washer? They rent it. Need an auger, they rent that too. They have virtually everything that a large competitor has right here in Whitman County.nnI just moved here from Boston and I wholeheartedly can tell you that I feel like part of a family. The Locals here are warm and friendly. I highly recommend this wonderful business.nnThese guys Rock

We love PBS! The staff are friendly and helpful. There's always someone in there that can help when I'm stuck on a project. It feels like asking your dad for advice. They also have a great selection in their gardening section and lumber yard.

Me and a coworker were traveling the area for work and needing supplies. We had came into the store and were going to spend over 400 dollars on Milwaukee cordless tools And other supplies but due to the poor customer service and sales reps thinking we were thieves we left them on their shelf.
