We had a wonderful experience with Stone Masters from start to finish! Everyone we encountered was extremely professional and helpful, and made the process seamless! We worked with Crystal from the beginning and she was very helpful in assisting us pick the stone and the overall Stone Masters process. She also kept us up to date on scheduled appointments and provided helpful tips about the entire installation process. The individual that did our template and removal of existing counters was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered any concerns we had. Finally, we had the pleasure of meeting Shannon and Ryan who installed our countertops. They are an amazing team and did an unbelievable job! They were extremely friendly and proficient. They also answered all our questions and took the time to explain things to us, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this store and the team to anyone that is looking for kitchen remodeling. We are thrilled with the final result!
From the moment Karlene warmly greeted me in the show room, I knew I picked the best company to help finish our new master bedroom. Karlene was excellent at pointing out options and pricing. She made it easy to choose the right stone. She delivered on her promise to get us scheduled before the company took a vacation week. Brandon came out to create our final template. He had great ideas and made quick work of all the measurements. Finally, Tim and Alan installed the granite perfectly. They were extremely polite and took great care to keep everything clean and neat. The quickly installed the granite exactly as expected. The whole experience was excellent. I highly recommend Stonemasters. Give Karlene a call, you will not be disappointed.
I am thrilled with my new quartz countertops! Big upgrade from dark green Formica. Karlene and Anne Marie were very helpful and I feel I got a great price for a tremendous products. Alan and Ryan installed, and they were professional, friendly and everything looks great. Highly recommend!
Throughout the entire process the entire Stone Masters team was incredibly patient, supportive and open with their sage advice. Karlene and Ann Marie never shied away from responding to my frequent questions leaving me confident with the final decision. The templating/removal team added numerous great ideas regarding finishing (edging) decisions within the context of my room and situation. The design person adapted quickly to our stone layout changes arriving at the perfect use of entire slab that tied together perfectly. Alan and Ryan closed the process with a perfect install going the extra yard to solve several problems that arose due to imperfections in my existing appliances and cabinetry solving one long time problem with our dishwasher. I highly recommend Stone Masters for their excellent overall culture of perfection, patience and support.
