Rock was so helpful and loaded with knowledge! So far so happy with choosing to go here instead of the other local mattress stores we have visited a bunch of times over the years. Quick easy and hoping for the same when it gets delivered in a couple days! Will report back!
Mitch helped me figure out what I needed after a move. Trying to stay under budget and he worked with me on options that still would sleep well. May end up waiting due to budget issues, definitely coming back here for a new mattress though.

My wife and I were on the hunt for a new mattress and stopped into Mattress Firm. We were immediately greeted by the manager, Russell. The attention we recieved was beyond our expectations. Not only did he take the time to walk around with us explaining each bed model in detail but he also went above and beyond to get us the best deal for our new bed ! We cant thank him enough for his time and efforts. We greatly appreciated the attention and superb customer service !
