The store is clean and well kept which makes me want to give a good rating. However, after three consecutive visits with employees that show no positive attitude interacting with customers, 2 stars is generous for their customer service. Of at least 10 employees I interacted with, one was good, maybe another acceptable, and the rest ranged from unpleasant to rude.
Ian at Doors and Windows provided a high level of service. Ian took the time to research the best deal for me and executed. Excellence!
Excellent service by staff. Very courteous, and willing to go the extra mile (to secure a rolling cart for me). She then walked to direct me to the area the items were located, that I was searching for. Her kindness above and beyond is greatly appreciated. I will go back again.
Went to Lowe's to buy a washer and dryer. One sales woman said she was busy. No other sales people ever appeared. After about 20 minutes of looking around at machines, still no help. Left vowing to buy the appliances elsewhere. I thought Lowe's service would be better.
Needed assistance regarding extending recessed lights bulbs in its housing. Lloyd (5⭐ Store Associate), kindly educated me with respect and patience. I left happy and very confident with my purchase. And I'm so very thankful for the discussion Lloyd and Ingot to have beyond the original subject at hand.
