Top notch craftsmanship. I began using this company for my rental properties but when I saw the quality material and installation I then went ahead to use them on my own personal property. I have done numerous projects over the years and am very particular and am thrilled with the quality and professionalism of this company. Ed, the salesperson was well informed, not pushy but directed me to the perfect flooring materials. Timely and good communication. I will definitely use them moving forward and highly recommend them and Ed.
Great experience. Ed, our salesman, came out promptly and offered us good options. Kim handled scheduling that met our needs. Installation was perfect....our basement carpet is beautiful! I would definitely use FCI again. Highly recommended.

We used FCI to sand and finish existing hardwood floors and install carpet and tile in our new home. Lori, Ed and Kim are great to work with and were very responsive to our questions and concerns. The installation crews were professional and hard working. I was surprised how quickly everything was able to be accomplished. I would recommend FCI to anyone looking for professional quality flooring options.
I've just ordered my second floor from Floor Coverings International Chester County. Lori Hood is amazing and her expertise totally helped us get exactly what we needed. I'd highly recommend them ... wish I could give them more than five stars ... so totally deserve more! Will share a picture later.
