Jim was great even though they weren’t having customers inside the store I needed a part but only had a picture of it , he took the time to explain to me exactly what I needed and the reason why. Great customer service I received .

6-5-20 UPDATE/REPLY: No, you're confusing me with someone else. I'm a plumber not a delivery driver. This branch sucks. US Supply Company is the best. I always use them.nnORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm a plumber and I have tried to use this place many times ,but I always get a bad feeling. Weinstein in West Chester is awesome, but not this branch. Needs different blood up front. I go down the street to US Supply instead.

Poor service. I went it for a part and tried to describe what it was I was looking for and the guy pretty much told me to kick rocks to the main company. As I'm getting in my car I see the part through the window.
