I called this company in hopes of buying a piece of reducer molding from them (not cheap stuff, at minimum probably a $60 piece). I was told they would not sell one to me because I did not buy the entire floor from them. The guy literally told me to go buy one online somewhere else! Great business tactics..
I am a contractor who has sent many clients to Jeff and Lisa through out the years. There were times they didn't know my clients, they were very professional to them as well.nI have purchased hardwood, tile from Creative Floors, the deliveries are always on time, all items exactly as expected.. There were mistakes that were made. The color of the carpet that was installed did not match the sample that we chose. I didn't get upset because up to that point they were very friendly and I thought would be easy to deal with. Wrong! I became very frustrated because I was repeatedly put off and being told someone would get back to me. They refused to answer/return my calls. I finally had to go in to the store personally and their demeanor was definitely rude and unwilling to correct the situation. I was trying to give a local mom and pop business my money, but I will NEVER again use them and have advised others of the same. I will never do business with them again!

Great job by all!! The service was amazing! They answered all of my questions! The selection of products was wonderful! The installation was done in a very timely manor and is beautiful! Their prices were very reasonable! I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to friends!
