Terrible customer service. Purchased a headboard from them and was told delivery would include attaching it to the bed. When the delivery people got here (late!!) they said they weren't allowed to attach it. Thank goodness it wasn't that hard. I called the store and they were dismissive and unhelpful - NEVER shopping here again.

Purchased a dining room table and 6 chairs, only received 5 chairs and one was damaged. The salesperson I was dealing with awful. She was rude and rushed me thought the whole process and I am now still battling 1 month later to get my two chairs. I also received my sconces that were damaged as well and just shipped those back, I have little faith I will ever see the replacement.

Super helpful staff and very nice collection we feel like buying everything from here only. A little overwhelmed ha ha! ud83eudd29 Helen was with us all the time, very energetic and genuine.

Always a good experience here. So many beautiful treasures, plus furniture and all you need for home or gifts. Holiday decorations are up and making it easy for gift giving. Get their card & earn rewards too!! Also, staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I own three couches, a kitchen set, multiple silk drapes and countless décor items from Pottery Barn. I have had great experiences shopping online, at the Christiana and King of Prussia mall stores and the Lancaster Outlet. However, the salespeople at this location are the rudest and least helpful I have ever encountered at PB. I cannot count how many times I have left this store, having had to give up on waiting for someone to help me. When I have received help, they have been extremely dismissive. I am not sure why this particular store has such rude and unhelpful staff but my experience has been consistent over the past four years here.
