My special order slipcover couch is beautiful! I waited a lifetime to order one of these and it was well worth the wait, I am not disappointed. Outstanding quality as well as service. The delivery person Joshua was absolutely outstanding. I've never had anything delivered by such a kind and competent person. We had an issue with two pieces we purchased about a year ago. Edward immediately documented the issue and worked quickly to resolve it. Within a week we had a master upholsterer at our home fixing the two pieces. We were very impressed by the quick resolution and now our chair and ottoman look just like new! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with the designer. When the furniture was delivered, the sofa had some large creases from having had something place on it likely. It was distressing but they had it taken care of. I love the furniture but solving problems is challenging. Still waiting for warranty. Judged on quality of furniture and designer 5 stars but due to problems and lack of closure at this point, I am rating 4 stars.

Yesterday my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Mark McIntyre when we walked into the Ethan Allen store on 202 in Chadds Ford. He immediately introduced himself and we were pleased when he invited us to browse the store on our own and let us know when he could assist. And assist he did! From beginning to end, our experience with Mark was exceptional. He was professional, charismatic, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to listen to our needs, learn our taste, review our photos, and then quickly set to work showing us various options and guiding us in our selections. He has over 20 years of experience in various locations, and it was evident that he has impressed many others as we saw photos of rooms he has completed for clients who keep going back to him. By the time we were finished, what began as an appointment for a sofa included armchairs, an ottoman and a carpet - a one stop shop to complete an entire new room in our home. Mark never pushed, yet his confident referrals and understanding of our style resulted in us truly trusting and valuing his opinion. What an incredible asset Ethan Allen has in Mark! We are so grateful for his assistance and look forward to returning to work with him for every future project.
