We are just beginning the process of a total remodel of our home. Found this store online so decided to stop in. There were several ladies standing about but it took quite a while before anyone approached us. I tried to explain that we were looking to do a whole house remodel but that we have one main room of the house which has a difficult layout.nWithin a few minutes, Nicole had another appointment so passed us on to Julia Who also mainly just gave us blank stares.nIt was strange to be in a place where it seemed our business was not wanted. Both women seemed completely disinterested in helping us. To be fair, we had just come from a long walk at Longwood Gardens probably did not look like we had just stepped out of Vogue.nThankfully, we drove just a few extra miles to another nearby store where we received tons of help, offer to come to our home to measure and assess our needs. Since we will be buying many rooms full of furniture, we trust their effort and courtesy will be a win/win.nnP.S. We were most impressed with the quick response of the owner. His explanation and sincere apology show me that our experience is not typical. Considering the situation we are all finding ourselves in with this pandemic and employee considerations, we intend to return. Everyone occasionally has an off day.

Wow! This place has beautiful furniture and an amazing show room! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the owner Chad is great guy! Always happy to support local businesses. If you’re looking for furniture you must stop by!

This was a beautiful store for custom furniture at reasonable prices. They had a full display of fabrics completely organized along the side wall. Very impressive, and the representative that we spoke to was super helpful and printed up some ideas for us & put them in a folder to take home. They also do decorator assessments to help with those of us who are decor-challenged.

I have worked as a trade partner with Studio 882 and have been vendor to designers for 16 years. If you are looking for an honest, family run business that will work hard to meet your needs, you will find it here. They offer personalized design services and have the bandwidth to follow through with the necessary attention to detail that many other furniture stores can’t offer. I also purchased a sofa and an ottoman from Studio 882 and had a great personal experience. Expectations were communicated and delivered accordingly!
