I love Bed Bath and Beyond but had a terrible experience returning an item at this store, which was purchased online, but arrived broken. The manager wasn't super friendly nor helpful and instead had me call the 1800 customer service number. I ultimately was able to get a refund processed with a prepaid shipping label sent by that customer service agent. But it was a shame that the store wouldn't accept the return. There were a couple opportunities to make a service recovery here, but I guess customer service wasn't a priority in my case.
This location is going out of business.nEverything is marked down. Get it while the getting is good!

Helped me find a filter for my air cleaner. Which they didn't sell. Very helpful and a clean store.
Service was excellent as I had to return a rug I no longer needed...even without the receipt!
