Went in to purchase a bed frame. We were kindly greeted by Ricky. He showed us a few beds and directed us to the sturdier ones. We had a previously poor bed buying experience. Often sales people direct you to the high prices, claiming the better quality. Ricky did not do this. He actually selected a few options that were reasonably priced.nnThe customer service was professional and friendly.nnThe bed was delivered about a week later! Very quickly! However, upon delivery the gentleman said that a piece was missing so they wouldn’t be able to set it up that day. Given that we live in Vancouver the earliest they would be back is Thursday of the following week. This is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars.nnOverall, an amazing experience. Each interaction with the sales people, delivery, and customer service was pleasant and helpful. Will go back for future purchases when the time comes.
My partner and I were super happy with our experience at Ashley’s in Abbotsford. Karen, had been super helpful during our process of looking at and later, purchasing new living room furniture.nnWe both cannot wait for the product to come in and have it in our living room and will always recommend the Abbotsford Ashley’s to people who are looking for furniture.

Her bubbly personality and awesome customer service were a pleasure to experience and she went above and beyond in helping us and is knowledgeable as well in the industry. We had Karen as our salesperson was very knowledgeable in the products she was selling. We took along time in deciding which mattress to go with and she had some great tips and ideas in choosing the right fit for us. Very satisfied with our purchase and would definitely come back to your store.
