This Best Buy store has gotten so much better with their customer service. Most of the employees are very helpful, now. I've used their Geek Squad sevices and it was great. Anytime I had a technical problem, they answer my questions. I like how they stay up-to-date with all their products. Also, this location has lots of parking and an elevator for easy access.

Helpful and informative advice on TVs. The sales rep who helped me and my girlfriend make a choice within our budget, whilst maximizing on size and features was Ayush. He broke down the pros and cons of each brand and let us know options for warranty and the stores return policy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the stores products.

Worst Customer experience. Staff is not willing to help. I was waiting from 30 minutes nobody showed up to assist me buying a laptop, instead of asked for help twice! Staff is busy gossiping with one another at the same time ignoring a customer standing in front of them. I wish it was possible that instead of one star I would have given a “ no star” in reviews. Staff has no sense of respect. I wasted an hour reaching out to these so called “store assistance” who never wish to help. Ridiculous!! I am very disappointed with this kind of behaviour. Even there isn’t any transparency in the deals at all! They just confuse you and basically scam you to buy the products. These people definitely need training before working in this kind of field.

Most of the staff are very helpful. Management is super awesome. Unfortunetly some of the staff are either lazy or clueless. I give 4 stars because the good staff do outweigh the bad.

I went in there to get my screen protector replaced. I have geek squad protection and it still took me over a hour just to get it replaced they had me going from geek squad to mobile to customer service over and over waiting in understaffed lines just to get a simple screen protector which i pay 15$ a month for this protection overall terrible service and will not be visiting the Abbotsford branch anymore
