They always here to help us
Amazing supervisor here at this location. At least i think she was and if not she should be. The moment she arrived she let everyone waiting know how many xbox consoles was on location. She took our info for when they got a shipment. I was the second on the list and she called me when the first person in line didnt even have the money for the console. She was amazing.
Was really surprised they had the smart watch I wanted in light pink! Both the Chilliwack and Abbotsford Best Buys only had it in black. Customer service was great, Jarrett was very helpful and funny!
So first time shopping at The Source and I can easily say it will be my last time shopping there. I will gladly take my money to either Best Buy or Visions.nHorrible customer service and when I tried to return a damaged cord they sold me the same day .... they tried to accuse me that my dog chewed the cord, like are you being serious.nI will never shop there again !!!!
I love this store they have everything and are very helpful and are always wanting you to upgrade your phone to a better one.
