This company is terrible to it's own employees. Last 2 months pay cheques have been late and for the month of July pay cheques still have not been give. it's been over a month.nWith this type of attitude at the core of the company, i assume others can have the idea of the moral of the employees working there.

Initial Security was a great company. The management had your back and treated their offices like a member of their own families.nA typical day at work was good, you never had to worry about supervisor nit-picking your work, they would always help you instead of complaining about what you do wrong. They also like to give you compliments on a good job done as well
