Zero!!nUnknown to me, I drove through a large puddle of white paint, thus the white coated tire...And splatter dots..nAsked for a Store Manager... 'Sharon' came out and told me to contact my insurance company..WHAT?nnI asked for Supervisor.. Her reply 'We don't have one..(and) 'They don't own the parking lot'.nI asked for the phone number of who does. She went in, came out and said they don't have any information about that.nThis mess on my car 'is not their responsibility, call my ins co..nThere's nothing that Lowes will do about it'. (Plus some other non claims)..nAll 15 minutes, they still did nothing to keep anyone else from having the same dilemma..nnJust then, a nice, clean white van drove right through it so I followed the van to the end of the parking lot, flagged him down and told/showed him..nHe was angry, right away...nI told him I was calling Headquarters, he should, too..nSharon, her assistant, Jason (construction dept manager) saw me going and showing that customer and finally put up orange cones..nnI asked what kind of paint it was. Noone knew.nI asked for a knowledgeable person who could tell me what kind of paint it was.nHe said 'If it came from our store, it's Latex'...nOtherwise, he didn't know...nnI figured I'll call Headquarters..nnHOME DEPOT, here I come to buy what I need, from you!nnThe 'L' store has proven themselves not to care about their consumers...

I met Robert in the garden area. He was awesome, a ten all the way. He showed me all the electric heaters and explained how each worked.He helped me pick the right one for my needs and put it in the cart for me. Then I went over to the paint department. Dennis matched the color of my little scrap of paper perfectly. I explained what I needed the paint for.He showed me two types of paint I could use. Needless to say it was a good day at the Leighton Lowe's

I struggle even giving 1 star. From step one of ordering appliances in may to finally getting my last one delivered today, there has been nothing but issues.... from getting service to my delivery date being changed,, to not showing up for delivery dates to today- even after i had to hound that they were actual coming today... they showed up without even the phone call to give me a heads up.nnGo somewhere else, anywhere else- the service has to be better ud83dude44

Bought a John Deere mower and purchased a three year extended warranty for it. I was told that it would extend the warranty after the one year manufacture warranty. When we went to use warranty we were told it had expired. We were told by Lowe’s when we called that the manufacturers warranty did not count and the three warranty had expired because it voided the one year warranty from John Deere. So beware when buying one of these. It is good for three years only and it does not include the John Deere warranty that was for a year. Just a heads up to check in this. Otherwise I have had all good experiences with staff.
