Valerie at the Lehighton store was awesome!! She was professional, very personable, and knowledgeable. Our last mattress was old and worn out, so we really wanted pick out a comfortable one since it's an investment. She listened to our wants and directed us to 4 to try out. Delivery was today and they gave us a 2 hr window yesterday when they called. Then today they gave us an exact time and they were right on time. The whole experience has been great and I can't wait to fall asleep tonight. If you are looking for a new mattress give them a try.
Very pleased with my experience at Mattress Firm! Valerie was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I explained what I wanted and the first mattress she showed me was the one I chose after looking at many others. And she gave me extra tips about sheets to use, best room temperature, etc. Highly recommended!
Valarie was SO helpful!! I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, but I gave her my price range and told her what I thought I wanted and she pointed me in the direction of where I needed to be!! She also gave me great advise on how to pick and choose the mattress that best fit my needs!! My whole family shops here and will continue to do so!!
