On the evening of 3/21 I stopped at the pharmacy just to get information regarding brand vs. generic for an RX I have been getting. The pharmacist took a great deal of time to discuss with me. Furthermore, I have always had very kind, courteous and excellent treatment.
2 is being generous although there are a rare few that are helpful. A lot of problems stem from being rushed, understaffed, not being trained properly and picking the absolute worst people to interact with the customers. Depending on the insurance you can get a better price with an online free pharmacy card which of course complicates the transaction even further. If possible call in and pick it up at the drive thru..... well, that's if its even open. And get the price before you drive there or you'll be waiting even longer while they sort thru the insurance issues.
This pharmacy has always done a great job for me. I call ahead and just pick up.
Takes almost 2 hours for a simple antibiotic to be filled. When I called them out on it, they did not seem to care. The staff always has an attitude especially when I need my son's script refilled.
There is always atleast an hour wait to fill scripts. Ive already waited in line for 30 minutes just to pick up. The last 3 prescriptions I had to get filled, they didnt have in stock to fill them. Noone mentioned this when I had dropped them off, had to call 2 weeks after to find out why it wasn't filled. Just to be told it would be another 4 days.
