Debbie was amazing! She had a shoulder for me to lean on the day I was feeling the weight of our complex move. She took the time to listen and went the extra mile to schedule our pickup when it was convenient for us.nOne suggestion is to offer 30 foot containers; 20 foot for our three bedroom home was not big enough, but 40 foot would not have fit in our driveway.
We had an amazing experience with the Simple box staff when we purchased a used container to store yard work equipment for our church. The office staff was courteous and helpful in each interaction we had with them. They delivered the container in a location where we were able to prep, prime and paint it before moving it to its final resting spot. Dave was gracious enough to come out a second time to move it to its final spot! Loved working with all the staff!
We rented a Simple Box storage container from the Lynden, WA facility while we worked on a home remodeling project - it was so simple and definitely worth it! Their team was responsive, gave easy to follow instructions, and delivered/picked-up on-time. Best of all, using the storage container during the remodel made life so much easier (we didn't have to move furniture from room to room and still had space to live within our house). Highly recommend them.
Very happy with everything, from the initial consultation with Renee, to the delivery scheduling with Taylor to the actual onsite delivery everything was exactly as promised. The condition of the container, the price, the delivery date all as advertised. They made it all very simple.
Dave and his staff were absolutely wonderful! We had a very tricky area where we needed our storage box to be and they mad it happen! Everyone was so helpful setting up our account and delivery. Highly recommend Simple Box! They made everything so simple!
