2 months ago we were new to Lynden, and needed to store a trailer. The experience form the initial call to the end of our space rental was excellent! Great friendly staff
After moving out of my rental and living with friends until i found my new home to purchase, i needed a place to store my household items. I chose Lynden Heated Self Storage. Not only because it was near where i would be staying (convenience to get stuff when needed) but because after looking into other facilities, Lynden Storage treated me like they cared. After buying my home i was able to downsize units and they were very helpful in making that happen for me. Very friendly and with the security systems they have there I know my items are safe. No hours set when you can come and go. Highly recommend Lynden Heated Self Storage
Everyone that works here is wonderful and helpful. Very clean as well.nA special shootout to Joyce who was extra wonderful. We drove 2.5 hours up to move family belongings from a huge storage unit to a smaller unit. Joyce help us move things and brought us water on a super hot day. She is great!
What an unpleasant experience. Receptionist NOT wearing mask when we entered. She was rude and impatient and unpleasant and just very bad customer service
