Timothy & Kevin are awesome! I highly recommend this Verizon store for all your cellular needs. These folks are patient and friendly and assisted me successfully with a tedious phone issue which the local corporate Verizon store couldn't help me with. Overall experience here = 10/10!
Went in to store to upgrade a pre paid verizon phone. They couldn't find the account so called customer service and same thing. They couldn't find the number. Kevin who helped us went out of his way to keep trying to get access and called me 3 hours later to let me know it was finally working. He went out of his way to help us and make sure we were able to upgrade the phone today. Thank you for the help.
