What an amazing company! I had struggled to find an affordable place to replace my laptop battery (everywhere else I looked quoted me $200+). These guys were easy to work with, super kind and professional. They ordered my battery and called a few days later. Much better than the 6-8 week estimation by the Geek Squad at Best Buy (who recommended me to Clicktek). Anyway, it's a 30 minute drive from where I live, but I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone that has electronic needs.
Jeremy is the kind of business owner that actually cares about you and your tech problems. He takes the time to actively listen and he offers very thoughtful solutions considering your actual needs and budget limitations. Recently I needed a laptop for my boutique and I came to Clicktek. He was so helpful and found me a cost-effective option that works great for my store. We went back again to buy a cord for our printer and we were struggling to set it all up. He actually came over to my store and spent time to help us set it all up. So very impressed with Clicktek and their heart the community and the people. Ps. Also love their shop kitty-cat... most friendly cat I've ever met!
