My wife, Marie Knapp, did the information gathering to have our galley kitchen concrete counters replaced. The sink had become deeply pitted, with fine surface cracks. Time for a fix. Purchase process and all details for install and our schedule, went smoothly. Conrad’s demo crew was spotless and quick. Installation went beautifully, no hitches with fitting, perfect placement. We had a very minor request post install with sink faucet and that was very quickly fixed. One call and done. Could not ask to be treated any better by the whole organization, top down.nWould use for next project in a heart beat !
I had to replace my microwave/oven wall unit and needed to have the cabinet adjusted in order for it to fit. I called numerous carpenters/kitchen remodeling companies and they either did not call back or said they were too busy or the project too small for them to help me. When I called Conrad Kitchen, Bath and Remodeling however the woman that answered the phone immediately connected me with the owner, Dale. Even though his company was very busy, he carved out some time for his installer to come the following week. The adjustments needed to ensure a proper fit turned into a bigger project than anticipated but the installer, Mark, continued to spend the necessary time even though he was due back at another job. Mark took the time to explain all the work and I couldn’t be happier with the finished project. It was important to me that the job be completed in time for me to use the microwave and oven for Thanksgiving dinner and Conrad Kitchen did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them as they were courteous, professional and very accommodating.
Expertise, Value and a Welcoming TeamnI found Conrad Kitchen and Bath by accident driving to another location. From the minute I stepped onto the showroom floor I felt welcomed. I knew what I wanted but Beth and Team helped me bring it to life. A complete remodel of a master bath is a big deal yet Beth helped make it feel easy. The expertise of the team at Conrad made a big project feel financially affordable. I would highly recommend you stopping in. You will be glad you did!
Excellent experience working with Conrad Kitchen & Bath. I could not be happier with my bathroom remodel! I was very pleased with the work and how the state of the site was left in on completion of the bathroom remodel. The Conrad Team was outstanding and provided an exceptional job even though they had to work amongst the COVID craziness. I would highly recommend Conrad Kitchen & Bath to all my family and friends in the future!!
Looking to have our kitchen and bathroom remodeled. Called around to multiple well known companies in Pittsburgh, all of which do free estimates for the work to be done. I call this place and the man who answered the phone was not optimistic or customer oriented whatsoever. We are looking to have both our kitchen and bathroom updated, and the man on the phone who represents the company said it would be $2,500 just to have someone do an estimate. If I choose a company then I’m fine with paying a retainer. But $2,500 just to come take a look? And you have a bad attitude on the phone. Hey like he said “if you don’t want to pay the $2,500 for the estimate then we’re not the company for you” you got that right!
