I stopped by the Butler location after a dental appointment next door. Michael was awesome! We ended up talking trivia for about 2 hours. He knew the bedding very well and was able to give a great selection to choose from within my budget. He also ge me some great deals such as free delivery and body pillows. It was great to spend time with someone who loved his job. It really showed. I look forward to seeing him later when I am ready to furnish my other bedrooms.
The sales man was more than helpful. He was a pleasure to work with and a big reason why I bought this product. I was at several other stores and they did not have the knowledge or personality to have me purchase from them. Thank you for the excellent service.
Sells person was very helpful and patient, especially not really knowing what l wanted..did everything up to code in these trying times.pricing was very reasonable... would definitely give a thumbs up anyone looking for a mattress!!
Molly, at the Butler Greenwood plaza location was very helpful with determining which bed would most suit our needs. She explained warranties, levels of firmness and cooling material differences between brands. She was very patient with us explaining the package deals for sheets and pillows as well as adjustable frame options for the temperpedic mattress we chose. Comfortable clean and well lit sales area.
Shane was awesome! Great experience. No pushiness whatsoever. The whole thing was easy and we felt like we got the best deal possible. Highly recommend Mattress Firm. I’ll be sending friends and family their way.
