Great customer service! I purchased a new Hot Spot TX hot tub in February, 2020 and have been extremely happy. Everything was top-notch, from the showroom visit and purchase with Josh to the delivery, installation and maintenance suggestions by other staff. I highly recommend Northwest Hot Springs in Ferndale.

I bought a Jim Bowie Green Mountain girl from Josh at Northwest hot Spring spas Ferndale location. Had a really good customer experience. I actually order it over the phone when I was working out of town. Everything I wanted came in was in really good condition I got a free bag of pellets with my purchase, and I've never been happier with a grill. Thank you very much Josh.
Have owned Hot Springs for over 25 years (Classic Model).nOnly brand I would ever consider & am always telling people why they are best!nWell other day Wife & I went in for water check & we saw they had meat cooking. Smelled GREAT, so asked some questions. Debby was very knowledgeable & we learned a lot. Had never considered a BBQ Smoker before, but we were looking for new grill. After all we learned from Debbie we were hooked. So we ordered the Green Mountain Grill (Daniel Boone Prime with Wifi). She had one brought up from their Burlington store so we had it in couple of days. Just got set up & have not yet fired it up, really cold & windy today so waiting. But very impressed with build quality. This thing is a tank & very heavy duty. Can hardly wait to start using it.nCan't say enough about Debbie, she was not a hard seller. She let the product sell itself. By teaching us all about the unit & all her great times using it.
I strongly recommend Kerri for any and all of your hot tube and hot tube accessories needs.nnIn my 25 plus years of dealing with any pool and or hot tube companies, I have found a gem in Ferndale. I worked with and appreciated Kerri's knowledge and understanding of the process. She was very efficient in completing all the tasks I needed to be done and she made me feel at ease. She truly is an exceptional role model for her peers and a vital member of our community and works environment.nnBesides being an enjoyable person to work with, Kerri is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits quickly. I put a lot on her plate very quickly and she was able to turn the entire workload into her own. She truly is a five-tool player in her field.nnKerri is a fast-paced, tactical problem solver in many situations when it comes to the customers need.
