Great customer service and prices.
Wonderful experience, heavy duty furniture and great prices.
High prices, cold walking through building, didnt even know some prices of there own stuff...on the plus side, lots of selection
An electric recliner we purchased there had to have warranty work done on it last summer. The repairmen came a couple of times. I believe the third time, the chair went to the shop. They eventually brought it back in working order. In the meantime we had new carpet installed. I just moved that chair to vaccumn under it. I noticed two distinct, several inches long marks from the chair runners on my new carpet. The carpet was super expensive. I called Beatty's hoping for help in getting these marks off of the carpet. The man I spoke to today said it had been too long. He did say use rubbing alcohol. We don't normally give an unfavorable review publicly. ( We never even called about the chair from the approximately $2000 dining room set that needs repaired - glued. We never use it.) Buyer beware.
