Bought fall decoration. Got it home, so dissapointing . Does not work. Now have to drive back 30min. to return because they were too cheap to have batteries in it. We will see if they accommodate. Oh yes. Made in CHINA. $40. not inexpensive either.nnFollow-up:nCalled today. They will not exchange by mail. They couldn't care less. Not convenient to run back to the store the following weekend. They do not have as nice an inventory than they used to either.nMight as well shop at Target or Bed, Bath & Beyond, OR AMAZON. Never had a problem with returns with AMAZON purchases.
Worst customer service ever. Yes I got there 7 minutes before closing, told them I’d be out in that amount of time as I knew where I was headed, but they could not have been more rude. I had a discount code and he would not take it. Assistant manager said it was for on line only purchases. I also had a $10 off coupon, and again he said that was for on-line as well. No discounts although there were 30 % signs off everywhere. Will never go back. So disappointed. Was one of my favorite stores. Will have to order on line from now on.

Products are high quality and there is always a sale going on. Just like the catalog. You can get free shipping on catalog orders by picking them up at the store.
