Complete upgrade to our Family room will be coming in the spring so wanted guidance and advice from a pro. Mark is completely that! He offered excellent advice on some colors I was debating about, was open to changing some of the items he selected and in general was a pleasure to work with. He always responded in a timely manner. We were able to capitalize on a great sale and got a while room of furniture for ax excellent price. Can't wait for the transformation.
We reserved a private appointment to visit the store and really enjoyed the experience. Scott was an outstanding help. We found and purchased exactly the configuration of couch that we had hoped to get. There were plenty of fabrics to pick from.nThe wait for the furniture delivery will be long since it is a custom build, so we’ll leave a separate review on that.nSo far, so good
Store was super clean. Not too many people wandering around (social distancing). Was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. Our appointment with our salesperson (Scott) was right on time and exactly what we needed. Ordered a beautiful Amanda chair and a half. Can’t wait to get it!
Love Love Love LaZ Boy! Excellent advice from the sales team when ordering three rooms of furniture...from comfort to size to the upholstery and pillows...I just had them all delivered and I love every piece!! The delivery team was outstanding as well!
Very happy with LaZBoy ! Our sales person allowed us to take our time and test all the recliners. She checked on us without bothering us. When we were ready for her expertise, she answered our questions clearly and quickly. Our only disappointment is waiting for 15 weeks for our chairs. But they are worth the wait.
