This is a great furniture store, with a very wide selection and helpful knowledgable staff. They are nice but not pushy, and the prices are great. In fact, they adjusted the price downwards after we purchased our chairs, and then refunded the adjustment! Also, after we had paid them, they determined that they could offer us free shipping, so they did. I will go to Samuel's any time I need furniture.

Excellent quality & customer servicennWe special-ordered two chairs from Samuel's, which were delivered on schedule as promised. The next day we noticed one was sitting slightly crooked - on inspection we found the base had been bent during shipping from the factory. One call to the store and a service crew arrived the next day to replace the base. We love the quality furniture and now can't say enough about customer satisfaction.
