Eric provided excellent customer service with a great sense of humor. He listened to what I needed and lead me to several possibilities. He did not lead me to the most expensive option, it was I who did that myself! He did not rush my purchase and answered the many questions I had. There was no pressure! Overall, a good experience and a great mattress coming to me soon! I'm excited to sleep on my new bed! Thanks Eric for being honest and trustworthy. Definitely recommend this business!

Erich Rayher was such an amazing salesman. We were at another store a couple minutes prior that tried selling us the same king size bed for abour $2,600 more. Being family oriented he was straight up with us and gave us the best deal for our family if it wasnt for the mattress factory we would have spent a arm and a leg for the same bed we got from them. My family and I are very happy that we chose to pick the mattress factory over anyone else definitely a life time buyer. Thank you so much for all your help for a life long investment. We look forward to sleeping in our new King size bed.

Outstanding even with virus disruption to bed manufacturing. Originally delivery was 2 weeks but ended up 8 weeks. This was no fault of mattress factory but the impact virus had on all of us. I have been buying product from this location for over 15 years. In short there is no better place for me and I know it will work for you.
