I was to be treated by Hoodfave, with Vicky and Edrick. Products fine the staff is not up to speed on what they are selling screwed up my order 4 times and did not even care never will I ever go back and Check your receipts I had to call customer service to get involved they charge you for products and don’t give them to you then she. You ask where they are they try to charge you again.

We had Hood floors refinish wood floors and install linoleum in New Hope pa and install wood flooring in an old house in Lower Southampton Pa. in 2015.nnI was pleased with their work. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves, both when refinishing the floors, and when installing the wood floors and linoleum.nnThey also completed all the work originally contracted for, without complaint and no surprise charges.

Like the reviewers on other sites,the experience we had was just as disappointing. The Carpet was of lesser quality than we were told. The installation was fair to poor at best. Would not recommend this business.

Shaky work done on their end. Wish I would have went somewhere else. Overpriced too.

Incredibly rude staff. Also very overpriced, found flooring for 2/3 of the cost of what Hood Floors were going to charge me.
