I am over the top thrilled with this company. From the planning process to the installation, they were helpful, courteous and thorough. The planner helped choose the best possible options for my need. The installation was flawless and they even wiped down the entire closet upon leaving . Highly recommend this company

They designed my closet and did a wonderful job, the installers were amazing and neat. All the staff from beginning to end were helpful and kind also answered all and any questions I had! I would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Closets by Design. The designer came out and measured my space and designed exactly what I was envisioning on site. The scheduling was process for install was very easy and the finished product was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend!

Kate was my sales women for my closet.She spent a great deal of time measuring and configuring my closet to suit my needs. She was prompt and extremely efficient. She is really good at her job. The price was great and the product is sturdy and beautiful. The installers were great also. Showed up on time and started working immediately. They were organized and professional. Just an all around good experience. I can’t wait to do business again with these people.

Very disorganized and unprofessional. I ordered the closet in July and had to contact them to schedule installation. 2 weeks prior to installation, I was contacted and asked to provide my own hardware, which I never agreed to do. The installers decided to change the installation plan without discussing with me, so I had have an electrician come and move my light switch. They also did not have all of the pieces so had to schedule a return. Once again, I had to contact them to schedule it and they did it 3 weeks in advance (missing 1 door and said it would take 1 week.) The Friday before the appointment, I contacted them to confirm and was told someone would get back to me. I called them the day of installation and they said that the door had not arrived yet. 2 weeks later, they finally have the door and call me to confirm the time of installation. (We never confirmed a day so confirming a time caught me off guard.) I was then told that they have an important $6000 job to do first and don’t know when they will arrive. Needless to say, I am upset that my $5500 is not important to them. it has been a series of unprofessional encounters and I wish I had chosen a different company.
