Amazing customer service! I burned one of my dining chair cushions and Meridian came to the rescue! In just three days after emailing them, they sent out a replacement cushion at a very low cost. I’m so grateful, any other company would’ve forced me to buy an entire new chair.nnIn terms of quality, I love it! My entire dining and living room set is from Meridian. Incredibly sturdy, while being modern and chic.

The best furniture company i ever dealt with. Customer service was incredible every step of the way. Aside from the customer service, the quality of the product is some of the finest I’ve ever felt. This is by far one of the most comfortable couches i ever owned. Thank you meridian!!

Not only GORGEOUS furniture but also fantastic customer service experience!nI purchased the Suzanne sectional sofa over almost 2 years ago and 2 buttons popped off. After uploading the picture and submitting copy of my invoice they shipped out new buttons the next day.nI will be sure to shop here for my furniture always.

I'm Impressed.nI ordered 2 beautiful chairs from this company via Amazon. When the product arrived, a was saddened to find a leg broken and no harware for the 2nd chair. But hey, things happen. I built the first chair and reached out to Meridian. Not only is the chair sturdy but SUPER comfortable but, the customer service was amazing. The response time was incredilble. I have a new leg and hardware pack just days later. They definitely kept their promise and I love the chairs too!

I purchased a sectional couch from Meridian about one year ago and am so happy with the quality. While moving to a new apartment this week, a part of one of the items broke. I reached out to Meridian to see if it would be possible to reorder just the broken piece and they replaced with no additional cost. They were very quick to respond and no questions were asked. Amazing service and I recommend them to all.
