If I could give no stars I would that’s just how bad my experience has been this far.nnMy family and visited the store on 11/4/20 where I ordered my living room and dining room set for my upcoming move. Paid in full and scheduled a delivery date for 11/28/20, in which the sales person promised it would be delivered. My parents also ordered furniture the same day for a future delivery.nnOn Monday, 11/23/20, I called to confirm that everything was set and scheduled for delivery for 11/28/20, he confirmed the same and advised the day before I can put my phone number in the “Track Your Delivery” function of the website and it would give me a time window of when my delivery is expected. In anticipation of receiving my new furniture, I discarded my old. The night before my scheduled delivery I put my phone number into “Track Your Delivery” and it could not find an order with my phone number.nnAlthough I still assumed my delivery was on schedule (per my conversation on 11/23/20), I still stopped by the store the morning of 11/28/20 to check the status of my delivery. When I initially walked in and stated the nature of my visit without even confirming what customer/order I was, the rep pushed me off saying, “The truck was here and is headed out, the driver will call you when he is on his way to you.” I then asked for a time window and explained that I was unable to track my delivery for one on the website. I then showed him my receipt and he then went through 2 piles of invoices/order forms until he eventually found mine in the second one. He took a picture of it with my personal information on it and texted it to someone “higher up” (I have no idea who) to see what was going on with it. In the meantime, the rep I was dealing with at the store said he doesn’t know why my order wasn’t put into the system for delivery and then began to look stuff up on the computer. He then advised the sectional that came in was similar to mine but not what I had ordered, I asked when would mine be in, and he said he didn’t know and had to check. I asked if at least my dining room set that is in stock would be delivered that (11/28/20) and he said they didn’t put you into the system for an any deliveries for today. After confirming I was not receiving a damn thing as scheduled, he said he would look into my order and call me shortly but just to give him about 20mins or so. Since I was in the midst of moving, I left the store to go assist with unloading my stuff at my new place and waited for the store to call me with an update. That was 11/28/20 at around 11am and to date I have not received a call with an update or any information regarding my order that was to be delivered days ago.nnAlso, my family and I are now going without a place to sit or eat as I discarded my old furniture since I was given the stores word that the new furniture would come as scheduled. No one from the store ever called and told me my furniture would be delayed, not in stock, nothing...they just took my money and I have absolutely nothing to show for it and no indication of when I will. If they cannot get my furniture delivered to me soon, both my order and my parents order will be cancelled as we will not hesitate to take our business elsewhere.nnI’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with all of this. This is ridiculous!

Ordered a living room set and dining room for my daughter on Nov 6th , told them we needed a delivery date of Nov.28th because my daughter was moving into a new place, store said “no problem “. My daughter stopped in the store on Nov 28th ( the promised delivery date) and was told she was not in the system. NOTHING was delivered. Either deliver the furniture or refund my money!

Its a furniture store with a variety of bedrooms, living rooms, dining room sets. They have accent chairs and mattresses also.nnMy experience was grear.

Great customer service, assembly and delivery not so much. Got a bedroom set and they left 2 screws stripped in my beds frame, on top of that they left ALL of the furnitures cardboard after assembling it instead of taking it with them. Never again with this store geez!!

I would never order from this place again waited 8 weeks for furniture. A man dropped it off in a suv, The suv did not have the company name on it he just showed up. I’m guessing in his personal vehicle Pushed and dragged it all over my wood floors (scratched an area of my wood floor) into my living room didn’t assemble anything.... now I have to build this furniture by myself had I known this was going to be the out come I would have ordered it from wayfair. How are you a furniture company who DOESNT assemble furniture?
