Terrible service- don’t return calls, initially gave us a date and then when that day came and went, called and they said the carpet wasn’t even in. Had to use them through Home Depot and wouldn’t use Home Depot again for this reason. All around disappointed in the whole process.
They got the job done, but didn't clean up afterward. They never returned my calls. I had to use them because I bought my floors from Home Depot. I'd rather not use US Installation Group again.
