Mask policy was not being enforced.
We wanted to buy some plants for our balcony. Joy and manager Tim were incredible. Joy was very patient to answer our questions, helpful to find required stuff and kind. Manager Tim is also super cool, helpful, kind and agreeable. We were very happy and satisfied with the service we received and were able to find what we were looking for!
Associates do the best they can under the current circumstances...short staffed, angry customers (because of return policy changes/ other), etc. Good attitude from most & customers need to understand policy changes, after all they are open & providing goods & services at great value.
I ordered a portable AC unit online for in-store pickup and it was ready an hour later. And the customer service was great he even brought it out to the car for me outstanding customer service.
Andrew is Amazing. Very knowledgeable and an asset to the company.
