Mike was awesome! Walked in not really knowing what I was looking for originally. Mike took me through the tour of the store, explaining all the benefits of each type of mattress. Came into store after reopening from self isolation, store appeared very clean. My girlfriend and I were greeted right away upon entry by Lisa and was taken on a journey to finding our new mattress. She was very educational in helping me find what my body needed to have a comfortable night sleep. We had to try a bunch to find the perfect one in our budget but Lisa stuck with us. She was very helpful and overall very pleasant experience. Thanks!
My fiancé and I have been languishing in our old mattress for a while now, lacking quality sleep and waking up in pain for most of 2020. We have been looking at mattresses online for the last couple of weeks and we finally made time to actually feel the different models. Deb answered all of our questions and showed us the different options to maximize our sleep comfort. Deb was very personable and patient with us, we felt like the price and financing were more than fair. We’re waiting on delivery of our new tempur pedic mattress with adjustable base. Just bought three new mattress at mattress Firm Tom Cavanaugh was a great help . He gave us a great deal and made sure we were completely satisfied .
