The customer service that we got not even started working with them don't deserve even a one star. I came to the showroom, explained to the person name Mike everything that i need and i scheduled appointment for them to come measure the kitchen and bathrooms and give me estimate. This is how it works everywhere, but with them i guess its different, they almost want you to pay them for nothing starting right from the phone conversation. Kevil called me to confirm appointment, but this confirmation sound weird. He was asking me questions with such a big disrespect!!! Yes i do know that this kitchen will be not $10,000 and they dont even asked me what ideas i have in mind to even evaluate how much we are planning to spend. Questions like who did demolition you and your husband was so disrespectful!!!! Why would you even think like that??? We had a team who did demolition for the all entire house, not because we wanted to save $1000 from kitchen like Kevin said. This is so unprofessional!!! Like he said they don't want to come out and spend their time for free, because what if i don't want kitchen for $40,000. Then we asked to talk to the manager, his name is Jim, he was even worst because he didn't even let us finish and just hang up the phone, instead of trying to resolve the situation and not to loose the customer.

We had a wonderful experience remodeling our bathroom a few years ago with design, installation and quality of products. Nick, Kevin and Pavel are a pleasure to have on your team. We recently had an issue with a water regulator and when I contacted Kevin he knew what part I needed to replace, ordered it for me , and arranged for Pavel to repair, all in a timely manner. They are always responsive and efficient, going the extra mile to meet your needs. I highly recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath for a remodel that provides quality products and quality workmanship.

In 2009 Diamond kitchen and bath designed and installed a new kitchen for us, with a custom Island as I had requested and the end result was outstanding. The workmanship, cleanliness and most of all the team at diamond were the best. Next 2012 they did our master bath again the result was outstanding. Next 2013. They did our hall bath and once again the experience was outstanding. Next 2015 They did our family room with a custom designed fireplace and book shelves and home theater system. All installed by diamond including hook up of the custom home entertainment system, our family room is now the room we always wanted it to be. Next 2017 they did out laundry and powder room's once again an excellent job. In conclusion over the last 10 years they have completely changed out home, it is now everything we could ever want. Working with Mike and Paul through the complicated custom designs we wanted and their willingness to accommodate was the best. Kevin in the office would always make sure we were well informed and went above and beyond to be helpful. We can not say enough what a great experience the last 10 years with Diamond and team has been. Thank You!

We just completed our kitchen renovation with Diamond Kitchen and Bath and could not be more pleased with our experience and end product. The process in designing our kitchen with Nick was seamless as he guided this process from beginning to end, Nick listened and incorporated all that was important to us. We started with a basic concept which morphed into a modern space encompassing beauty and utility. The crew was professional and maintained the cleanliness in our house, despite all the dust from the renovations. The project kept to the timeline and there was attention to every detail. Our new kitchen space is inviting, open and more functional which allows us to entertain and prep in our kitchen like never before. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Nick at Diamond Kitchen and Bath for any home renovation.
