What a great and knowledgeable company to work with. We needed windows and doors after a house fire and our re-build. Lee Wapner was a GEM to deal with. He is funny, charming, and super knowledgeable. We purchased the Pro-Via windows and I could not be happier. We had a few manufacturer issues, which were addressed by someone at Tom Adams. WOW! The man who came out to repair the locks, was very kind and very sweet to show me all the ins and outs of the windows. Thank you! Can't wait to order the rest of my windows and doors. I almost forgot about the delivery guys! SUPER NICE GUYS!

I have never worked with anyone like this who won’t even send a quote back to you unless you check back over and over. I first had someone come measure my windows and after a week of me calling daily to find out where is my quote I received it. Then I wanted to get my floors done so someone came and measured. I followed up with the sales guy to get the quote and it’s been more than a week and not even a response.
