Dealing with GSI was an extremely frustrating experience and I recommend taking your business elsewhere. I feel there is serious mismanagement. Ryan failed to timely communicate when my bath parts were received and shipped. There was a lot of unanswered emails and messages. When you spend thousands of dollars, you at least deserve a call back.You shouldn't have to beg. The delays ultimately set my project back several weeks.
I want to say that Nancy Buehrle has been an amazing help, especially during this weird time of COVID. I contacted Nancy 2 weeks ago to help in selecting fixtures/accessories for our 2nd bathroom renovation. She helped with a master bath remodel a couple of years ago, and I came back again since the service level, value, and price competitiveness was unbeatable. I was unsure how this was going to work this time since we are all social distancing and the showroom is closed. It worked out better than I could have expected! We have successfully picked what we wanted and ordered already. Nancy was great in responding to emails, texts, sending links and ideas, and even did Zoom calls to video conference and help streamline the process. She'll even do video calls from the showroom. She has also interfaced with my contractor to ensure measurements are correct and there's no gotchas at delivery time. I can't recommend her and GSI enough for all the help and out of box thinking to get the job done!
Fabulous showroom. Shop here instead of the big box stores. The showroom is beautiful. They even have a shower head tester so you can try out the shower heads to get the stream you like!nnThey have so many lovely options - from stalwart manufacturers like Delta and Moen, to the gorgeous high end options like Rohl and Hansgrohe.nnI went in for shower fixtures, but was amazed at all of the options they had for tubs, kitchens, and toilets - they even sell the brilliant Toto toilets.nnThey also have a variety of bath accessories, like the Neelnox shower niches and shelves.
