Purchased a dining table and benches, living room set and electric recliner a few months ago and received the table set at the end of August. The table surfaces came with a lot of imperfections, looking like water marks or something. I called the service department several times, never received a call back, had to go into the store to get anything scheduled. Issue still not resolved. The recliner was received at the same time and is now stuck in the upright position, again no return calls from the service department.nGambergs came highly recommended. This is completely unprofessional to not return calls. I shouldn't have to drive 30 minutes to the store for service. I shouldn't have to call repeatedly.

We got new sofas from here 2 years ago. When we ordered them we were convinced by the associate that this company takes care of their customers and treat them like family. The end of February of this year one of the sofas broke while in the reclined position. I contacted the company several times and finally got a hold in June. I completely understand some of the delay was due to COVID. However, it is September now. It took them until July to come out and look at it. 2 weeks after the service tech came out they called to tell me they needed to order 3 parts. This was on July 27th. Of course my warranty was already up so I have to pay for all of the repairs. Apparently the extended warranty does not cover the parts I needed. I then paid them over the phone for the replacement motor and other 2 parts. They said it could take up to 4 weeks for the parts to come in. It is now Sept 15th and I still have heard nothing from them nor will they return my calls. Yes, I still am dealing with a sofa stuck in a complete reclined position. I have since taken all of my furniture needs to another company. As much as I wanted to support local, I will not do so for a company with customer service like this.

We are senior citizens and downsizing from our home to a co-op. This was our first experience at Gamburg’s. Our salesperson was Ann Marie, she is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I can be very difficult and she worked with me and my wife to help us find the furniture that meets our needs. Gamburg’s has an extremely large selection of high quality furniture. Among other items we purchased a Ernesha credenza and later in comparison shopping I found Gamburg’s to be $250.00 less than Wayfair. We also purchased a Southern Motion leather reclining sofa and Southern Motion furniture is reviewed as being among the best on the market. The sofa like everything else we purchased was an excellent value. We did not know Gamburg’s sold mattresses and bought one at Raymour and Flanagan. Gamburg’s had the identical item for considerably less. Our daughter also found furniture at Gamburg’s, she especially loves a decorative chair that she got very reasonably on clearance. Gamburg’s clearance items are a steal. I do wish that Gamburg’s would consider giving Military discounts as many other furniture stores are doing. We definitely recommend giving Gamburg’s a try and think Ann Marie is simply the best.nnWe experienced a problem with stacking tables that we purchased arriving damaged. Contacted Gamburg’s and Ann Marie and told to bring it in for an exchange. No hassle Ann Marie exchanged the table and we were on our way. I respect this way of Gamburg’s doing business and we will definitely go back. Again I highly recommend Gamburg’s.

I was helping my Mom shop for a complete living room set after she had a fire. From the time we walked in and 30min later NO ONE said anything to us!!! No one came over to help with a selection, told us of any sales... nothing. So then after the 30min of being left alone browsing, we decided to leave and my mom went to the front desk and told them how Horrible the experience was! We ended up going to another furniture store and they went above and beyond in Customer Service and they also gave my mom two free end tables for ALL she brought that day..which wasnt just Living Room but also Bedroom too. Gamburg's loss! My mom's gain... so thank you Gamburg for your horrible service!

We always have luck finding what we want when we visit Gamburg's because the inventory is so diverse and the prices are reasonable. We've purchased all of our living room furniture from there and just recently found lamps for our bedroom as well. The sales staff is very helpful and attentive, never pressuring the customer to buy. The delivery staff is always on time and takes the time to install and position the furniture as requested. Gamburg's is always ready to assist with any issues. We highly recommend Gamburg's.
