Received a damaged sink and Gil never replaced it even though he said he would. Received damaged countertops and never bothered to find a solution, instead ignored the issue. Literally had to call the manufacturer's mysekf of the products to get some type of response. I was warned by a customer who had a bad experience with Gill and advised me not to do business with Gil, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. $8,000 not well spent! I am not a happy customer and willl never do business and/or recommend the Custom Spot to anyone!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the design, quality of cabinets and workmanship by Gil and his team. Gil designed a magazine worthy finished product. He was there for us every step of the way and accommodated any changes or upgrades we wanted along the way.nnI would highly recommend The Custom Spot for any remodeling jobs you might consider, I wouldn’t hire anyone else!!!

It's been a real pleasure dealing directly with the owner, Gil. Very professional and smart when it comes to different designs, styles and ideas. For great pricing for your kitchen or bathroom around Bucks County, I'd definitely say give the custom spot a call.
