I really wanted to give 5 star review for this pace; since they were friendly and professional at the beginning; however, here is why I rated them as 1 star. Initially, ordering process went smoothly. I placed an order for Calacata Laza quartz countertop for my newly renovated kitchen. Initial lay out and price quote included a countertop bridge piece behind the stove. This piece was never installed even though I paid as agreed. As I was told, piece broke during cutting and there were no more pieces to re-cut it from. I went to the the cutting shop, reviewed available solid option for missing piece, agreed on a different material, agreed to pay extra for re-cutting and installation and yet...still waiting... over 3 months now... 3 trips to the cutting shop... and countless phone call conversations. People at the fabrication shop do not even have decency to return a phonecall and apologize for the inconvinience they caused. So people, take your money to somewhere else. There are plenty of shops around. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
