Absolutely awful service. I ordered a piece of furniture in the beginning of June (now November). It arrived damaged in July, and as instructed we did not accept the delivery, due to the condition. I understand that this can happen occasionally, no problem. And I also understand replacement was delayed for various reasons. But the dishonesty is what is most frustrating. The company kept providing empty promises, month after month on when it will arrive. We STILL do not have it (again, 6 months later) and who knows if we will ever receive the item.nThey are very difficult to get ahold of, and downright rude once you finally speak with someone.nOverall, the communication is just awful. We did not receive ANY updates, until we repeatedly had to inquire ourselves—if we have not inquired, I strongly suspect they would’ve kept our money and never processed a replacement.nI should’ve cancelled my order a long time ago and went somebody more reputable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this “company.”

I ordered in July. They keep having me reorder as the PayPal payment expires. They email stating that it's in stock and to order again quick- then a month later, the same thing! I switched payment methods to stop playing games. When I call for an update I'll wait on hold for ten minutes, told I'm being connected, then sent to voicemail! They never call back. So tired of being lied to that it's in stock!

Company is a scam. DO NOT BUY. Ordered in September, call each week for updates, they give you a delivery window that is not accurate. Every delay they blame manufacturer. Just don't do it. Nice looking stuff on their website, but it'll never end up at your house.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I kept getting false information on when my furniture would be delivered. I placed my order in June. I called and emailed multiple times. Never any response. They would tell me it was getting delivered in the beginning of August and then the end and then middle. I couldn't take it anymore so I cancelled it. I would highly recommend ordering elsewhere.

The worst place. Stay far away we bought a bedroom set was damaged every piece and we been dealing with Gary I believe been giving us the run around fir 6 months not to mention had to wait 2 months for bedroom set Go to rooms to go their furniture is way cheaper and better made and won’t have to deal with the unprofessional of this place I see why the have a rating if 3.0 . Then they offer us a store credit 150 fir all the damaged items. Yea right store credit I wouldn’t buy a gum ball from this joke of a company. Reported to BBB also shipping all furniture back with cod shipping. Great job furniture cart
