This place was great, they were able to work with us and find us the right mattress at the right price. We will definitely be back for our next mattress.
Terrible management and owner costumer service...went to a different location, a completely different experience. AnIf you encounter any issue, they will NOT help you.nWe bought a matress in a different state (where we were living at) to be delivered to our new home in Pensylvannia. The store associates made an agreement of waving the exchange fee if we didn't like the matress on time of purchase. She wrote that ON THE RECEIPT (waive exchanged fee). The warminster store wouldn't own that or even try to help us with that.
Debbie was great. the transaction was easy and the product was great.
Today was my second time making a purchase from here. Two months ago I bought a mattress from here with my husband. Today, my parents bought their mattress. Both times Neil was our salesman. He was very easy and friendly, very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. He got us good deals on both purchases. We hope to work with him again on any future purchases and will recommend him to our friends and family.
My salesman Lanny was very knowledgeable and he did care about my needs. If anyone needs a mattress with adjustable base I recommend to go see Lanny at Mattress Firm in Warminster. Thanks Lanny for my great night sleep.
