Rolf and his team did a wonderful job replacing our 40+ year old master bath. Stripped it down to the studs, replaced walls, ceiling, flooring, tile and fixtures. Beautiful job done quickly and professionally. Rolf and Derek stayed on top of the work with daily visits and a personal interest in making sure the work was done well and on time.
This is the second time (and there will be a third time) we hired Rolf Schroeder and his team to improve our home. This project entailed a FULL basement remodel. We couldn't be happier! Rolf and his team listened to our needs and they were more than sensitive to our budget. Did we run over budget? Yes, but it was NOT THEIR FAULT. We chose to add other items to the project than what we originally agreed to. Rolf and Derek were more than willing to work with us. What was the result? Our home looks way better that it did before. They will be welcomed back with open arms when it comes time to remodel our bathroom. We can't wait! Rolf, Derek, and their team (Doug and Jack) are part of our family. We trust them completely.
So glad we went with Rolf Schroeder GC. The attention to detail in the mill work is amazing. Our house is 40 yrs old and the moldings in the book case are no longer made however these guys were able to custom make the moldings to match the room. So glad we took on this project, went from liking our home to now loving it.
